I often get messages that say something like, “Why do you talk about flipping books so often?”
It makes sense from an outside perspective though.
I am someone who went from Aerospace Engineer to financial freedom all by myself, yet constantly talk about buying and selling books online.
There is a reason.
I always had random gigs I did for money growing up, but flipping books in college was my first real business.
It was my gateway to learning and developing a skill that provided an income that didn’t require 1:1 time investment to achieve.
Without book flipping, I doubt I develop a desire to continue building efficient income streams online in an attempt to build my dream life.
That’s why I talk about it so often.
It still works after 8 years and is as profitable as it has ever been.
When I say there is no better way to get started making money online, I am dead serious.
Nothing else has a guaranteed return if you follow the simple guidelines I have laid out on YouTube and in my book flipping guide.
When I talk about book flipping I am doing so with a giant plan in mind. I laid out this plan recently in my Discord group the other day.
It reads:
Everyone here might not realize it, but this group is a small piece of a big puzzle.
My vision has always been this:
- Show people the best entry level side hustles (book flipping etc.)
- Create a community to help everyone learn together (this group)
- Build those businesses for a few years and allow people to branch to areas they like most
- Show people the smart places I put my money/invest (have only showed a fraction of this here and on Substack)
- Let the results speak for themselves
If people stick with it, they'll create a level of financial independence that they didn't even realize was possible.
They'll also have a level of expertise that you can't get anywhere else.
No school teaches the things you guys are all learning about online business.
Trust me that you'll be so thankful you kept going.
Showing people the exact process I used from start to finish has always been my plan.
I may not have fully figured out how to map that out, but that’s always what I have in the back of my mind when I create my content.
Take my Twitter account for example.
No one can really tell that this is my goal without reading this or having followed me for a long time.
I need to fix that ASAP.
