Over the last few years, retailer exclusive sets have become a mainstay inside the LEGO market.

When a set is a retailer exclusive, you can only get it from one retailer or from LEGO themselves (online or in person).

Investors like myself have always theorized that this dynamic causes exclusive sets to have a lower overall supply vs. their traditional counterparts.

When supply is lower than average but demand remains average, the resulting return on investment is above average
