LEGO BUY ALERT: 1 Hit List Set from Walmart
Prime Day Deals has been laughable, but there is one set worth getting from Walmart today
Yesterday I was asked by several subscribers if I was going to stay up late to issue a buy alert for the Amazon and Walmart sales today.
I told them: “At this point in my life, I don’t find it worth doing”
I’m glad I have adopted that mindset because both Amazon’s Prime Day Deals and Walmart’s Deals ended up being terrible.
It looks like a bunch of discounted junk they can’t sell, except for one LEGO set from Walmart on the TIE Hit List.
I could have sent an alert earlier, but I was confident it would survive until those without a Walmart+ membership could buy.
Turns out I was right.
The LEGO set in question that I’m investing in today:
LEGO Technic Porsche 911 RSR 42096 - $110 (37% OFF) - Click here to buy from Walmart - Click here to buy from Amazon
(I thought that Amazon hadn’t price matched this yet when putting this post out but apparently that was an issue with my account, they have indeed price matched it)
This is an honorable mention from Technic which means I am putting about 3% of my overall capital this year towards this set.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you use Rakuten when buying these via Walmart for 3% cash back
If you don’t have a Rakuten account yet, you can get a free $30 credit after your qualifying first purchase, just click the button below to sign up:
(Make sure you follow the right procedure for enabling Rakuten before your purchase)
Thankfully, it looks like there isn’t a quantity restriction on this set today.
I was able to put a ton of them in my cart.
No one should have issues buying as many as they need as long as they take immediate action.
Walmart usually allows you to place unlimited orders (as long as it is no longer a Walmart+ exclusive).
I have confidence the Black Friday deals will be a lot better next month.
To get max quantity possible of the set above from Amazon, here is what you need:
1 regular Amazon.com account
1 business account
These limits used to reset weekly, I am unsure if that still holds true this year.
To abide by Amazon ToS, ensure both accounts do not have an active Prime subscription.
If you have a question, leave it below and I will answer ASAP.

I got some of the Marvel Quinjet 76248 from Walmart at $60. It reached $160 last Christmas
The listing for 42096 doesn't look so enticing on Amazon. I see that Amazon selling it, but look at the images ...they look like images of lights for the set. Do you think it is worth buyinng given the pricedrop. Hopefully later Amazon customers don't complain that the listing images are inaccurate. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GZ5FP5R/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2Q1LRYTXHYQ2K&th=1
