Target has kicked off Q4 with several opportunities thus far and the next batch of them have arrived today.
We have a lot to talk about here, so read through this slowly and at least twice before you make a move.
LEGO sets from the hit list that I am investing in today:
Speed Champions Mercedes-AMG F1 W12 E 76909 - $19.59 (44% OFF) - Click here to buy from Amazon (If you have an Amazon Prime credit card, they are giving you 10% cash back on this set too)
City 4x4 Off-Roader Adventures 60387 - $19.19 (36% OFF) - Click here to buy from Amazon
LEGO Star Wars Spider Tank 75361 - $31.99 (36% OFF) - Click here to buy from Amazon (This is the same set from the last alert)
Harry Potter Hogwarts: Room of Requirement Set 76413 - $27.99 (44% OFF) - Click here to buy from Target (Hoping that Amazon price matches this soon)
Harry Potter Diagon Alley: Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes 76422 (Exclusive) - $62.99 (30% OFF) - Click here to buy from Target
Marvel Wolverine's Adamantium Claws X-Men Glove 76250 (Exclusive) - $48.99 (30% OFF) - Click here to buy from Target
Harry Potter Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets 76389 - $83.99 (30% OFF) - Click here to buy from Target (Hoping that Amazon price matches this soon)
LEGO sets that are NOT from the hit list that I am buying today:
Icons Dried Flower Centerpiece 10314 - $27.99 (44% OFF) - Click here to buy from Amazon (Make sure you click the coupon) (If you have an Amazon Prime credit card, they are giving you 10% cash back on this set too)
All of the hit list sets above are a great price. I included the Spider Tank because I did not get as many as I wanted last week.
I will probably buy more later in the year too.
Here is why I am buying the Dried Flower Centerpiece today, despite it not being on the hit list:
Botanical sets are special and it is 44% OFF with an additional 10% in cash back when using an Amazon Prime credit card.
That deal is just too good to pass up.
Last year we saw the Bird of Paradise set go from $60 (40% OFF) to selling for over $200 in less than a year.
While that set was a Target exclusive and the Centerpiece is not, I think botanical sets are some of the most collectible out there.
People who buy them are incredibly passionate about them.
I didn’t like the set at 20% OFF based on the demand data we saw all year, but I do like it at 44% OFF.
(The demand was exceptional near Thanksgiving but sucked in the Spring)
Simple as that.
I think it will hit a price of $50-60+ by this time next year with ease.
To get max quantity possible of each set above from Amazon, here is what you need:
1 regular Amazon.com account
1 business account
(In the years prior to 2024, you could do 3 regular accounts. It appears they’ve clamped down on this)
These limits used to reset weekly, I am unsure if that still holds true this year.
To abide by Amazon ToS, ensure both accounts do not have an active Prime subscription.
To get max quantity of each set above from Target:
The key to Target is understanding that you can place 9 total orders with the same mixture of items (or subtotal)
Be slow and methodical while buying, you don’t want them to think you’re a bot.
If you are targeting 3 different LEGO sets, here is how you can structure them to get as many as possible:
Orders 1-9: Max quantity of Set 1
Next 9 orders: Max quantity of Set 2
Next 9 orders: Max quantity of Set 3
Next 9 orders: Max quantity of Set 1 + Max quantity of Set 2
Next 9 orders: Max quantity of Set 1 + Max quantity of Set 3
Next 9 orders: Max quantity of Set 2 + Max quantity of Set 3
Next 9 orders: Max qty of Set 1 + Max qty of Set 2 + Max qty of Set 3
If each set has an order limit of 3, you would walk away with over 100 of each doing this.
If you wanted more, you could pair another set with this that you kind of like so you can get another 9 orders in.
In summary: Do not place more than 9 identical orders
Like I said at the start, read this post twice.
Remember that these are the LEGO sets I am buying.
I am not telling you to buy them.
When it comes time for me to sell them, I will alert you to tell you I am selling them.
I will never tell you when you should sell.
That is a personal choice that you need to make for yourself.
I am making an effort to point this out today because I’ve had several subscribers reach out over the last week and ask me this.
If you have a question, leave it below and I will answer ASAP.

AMZ price matching Target’s price again this morning for these sets!
Four hour price-match window from Amazon? Jeesh, that's rough.
Should I monitor the Discord channel if the price match window opens again? Until my prep center can solve its Target issues, I'll have to rely on Amazon more.
