WARNING: As Q4 2025 approaches, I will be slowly raising the price of a monthly paid subscription for new subscribers to double or even triple the current rate.
(If you are already a paid subscriber, your rate won’t change)
I want to reward the loyalty of annual subscribers and current monthly subscribers who do not cancel (and I will lower the price back down next January).
If you choose to buy a monthly subscription later in the year, it will cost you:
IMPORTANT: A SPREADSHEET VERSION OF THE HIT LIST IS LINKED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST
The hit list you are about to see down below is the list of LEGO sets my set picking system likes most for investing this year.
It is created by:
Looking at a giant list of sets expected to retire
Inputting Amazon sales rank data into the set picking system and letting it spit out which sets it thinks will perform best
I use Amazon’s data because it is the best metric for demand in the United States that is publicly available.
Demand has a heavy correlation to price appreciation post retirement, if supply is equal.
While other investors mention demand, I was the first (to my knowledge) to systematically track it and use it exclusively as a tool.
This system has shown an ability to predict most of the top performing sets each year based on actual results and retroactive analysis.
While I may venture outside of the list based on a gut feeling and buy sets that are not on there (you will be notified if I do this), these are the sets my set picking system likes at the current moment.
This list may change a lot before I finalize it September or it may not change at all.
If you’d like a more in depth explanation how my system works, read this post:
