Preferably local or eBay where they are a little more favorable to longtime sellers in case the buyer tries something fishy.

Any that look opened, heavily dented, or punctured.
Light creases or tiny dents are not an issue most of the time.

That's a personal choice. Minor blemishes aren't really an issue.
