Hi Jarek. If one wanted to tackle both streams of income, would you recommend the Conference Room versus being a paid subscriber? The one perk that I believe to be advantageous for the subscription is the hit lists and buy/sell alerts, or are those free/included with the mentorship?

Side question about the hit lists: are the sets there guaranteed(or at least strongly predicted) to retire at year end, or is it more so a list of sets that are predicted to go up in value and sell well even if they don’t retire?

1. The paid membership is the better option, the conference room is a bonus that focuses on the logistics side of things

2. They feature sets on the current retirement list. However, LEGO changes that list all year long. No set on it is safe until about September.

Gotcha, thank you!

Would you mind sharing the type of content that’s included in the “exclusive mini-courses and product alerts” portion of the Conference Room, just so I have an idea of how it differs from the newsletter content? And, since I only noticed content about Lego investing here, I’m curious if either program includes book alerts and/or other means of helping folks run successful book arbitrage businesses(unless that’s all included in that particular course anyways)?

It includes two guides, one about setting up the back end of the LEGO investing business, and one about the book business.

Ahh, I was under the impression that those guides taught the ins and outs of the business as well, sorry if I’m misunderstanding? Perhaps the newsletter and conference room both teach you everything else you need to know about book arbitrage through the community? I’m asking about things like which books to buy, when to sell them, how to use Amazon FBA, etc to be specific.

Both guides do exactly what you said you were hoping they’d do.

Ohh okay, awesome! That’s a relief lol, because I’ve seen the student testimonial screenshots and I couldn’t imagine beginners in particular having those successes if there wasn’t mentorship or instruction beyond just the set up if that makes sense.

Those results you see are all from people who taught themselves using my guides

Wow, that’s pretty impressive. It sounds like that means they weren’t told about which specific books to flip then, but the guides lay out how to do it and what to look for(along with the logistics of working with Amazon and all) well enough that they found success with the teachings in the guides.
