Just a note to the people on here who haven't made a sale yet and don't understand the scale of Amazon. Last year I bought a lego set to sell because it was easy to get ungated. So I sent in 1 set around Christmas. I was at the grocery store when I posted it. I got about three steps in my cart before I received a notification that it had sold. Xmas is nuts on Amazon.
I’m impressed with your system and that you share personal results. We just started in 2023, very much looking forward to making our first sales. Thanks again!
Hello from Canada! I have purchased my first collection in 2023 and I am now in the waiting period. My Amazon account is already unblocked to sell Legos. I watched your video and you brushed upon the idea of Canadians selling their Legos in the USA. When the time comes, I could travel 2 hours to the States and sell from Amazon USA. Any thoughts on that? I am wondering if I can freely cross customs with a truckload of Legos?
I'm a non-US resident trying to get into selling LEGO sets on Amazon FBA. Prep centers seem like the best way to get started since I can't store the sets myself.
Could you do a post about the prep center you recommend? I'd love to know more about their pricing, especially for sales tax, storage (since I'm holding the inventory for a long time), and shipping to Amazon. It would be awesome if you could walk us through the whole process, from buying LEGO sets to shipping them to Amazon. I’ve seen some posts about it, but nothing that’s super clear and all in one place. Thanks.
The prep center I use is not public and is run by one person who I know personally.
Therefore, I don't have any to recommend personally.
The one I did use previously no longer offers long term storage.
Like I said, I am working on finding one that I can trust to recommend. Otherwise, it is on every individual to do their own due dilligence.
You will find that most people do not recommend their own out of fear of the quality of service dropping should the prep center gain an additional client.
So like anything else you have to do your own research here until I have fully vetted the one I am considering recommending.
This is a time consuming process considering I'd be recommending one I don't actively use.

Thank you! Enjoy it.

Amazon doesn't let you drop them off anywhere. I wouldn't do it personally.
Generally people from Canada who are selling in the US buy in the US, store them in the US, and then sell in the US.
If you are a paid subscriber and join the Discord, there are multiple members who do this from Canada or other countries.
That way you don't have to deal with customs or any trouble like that.
What prep center do you recommend to store your stuff? I was under the impression most prep centers didn't like holding onto stuff.
Some do and some don’t.
I recommend going to prepcenter.com and vetting the one that suits your needs best.
That said, I have potentially found a prep center to recommend to newsletter subscribers.
One that I can trust to take care of us as investors.
Hopefully I can talk more about that soon.
Thank you! That would be awesome. I'm running out of room in my house to store sets. Never a bad problem to have!

In 2022, what told you this set was going to be a winner? I am guessing it is more than a “gut feeling “.
It was based on the set picking system, just a previous version that wasn’t as detailed.
