Very frustrating, placed orders with multiple vendors. Most were canceled. One even tried the bait and switch tactic of saying go to the stores and find it if you want it. Right, at a much higher price.
Not surprised. Just heard from an Ebay seller today that my shipment was damaged and they can't delivered the product they advertised due to a remotely located warehouse, etc.
Filed external complaints against the retailers that are trying a bait and switch to for higher prices. Will see what happens. Probably not much.
It's hard to give advice when I have only ever operated within the US.
Google is your best bet regarding trying to operate outside of the country. Most LEGO investors I know outside the country operate within the US with a prep center.

So I’m guessing there’s no work around if you’re outside the US???

How do you get these items unlocked to sell ?
They'll all likely unlock after the end of the year.
Is this why they're restricted to sell on Amazon right now? By the way, everything has pretty much sold out.
Popular sets are often gated yes. They open up post retirement.
