So I just signed up for the newsletters and I am already disappointed. It seems like the buy alert only lasts for a couple hours. The price is back to its original price. Is it expected on every buy alert? It would be a pain to have such a short windown to make a decision and be able to buy under-priced sets.

1. Deals often last much longer

2. The only deals that only lasted a few hours were on Amazon, the same sets were available via Target at the alert price for well over a day.

No some deals last a day or longer sometimes.

I just signed up for your membership. Is there a link to an article that walks through buying lego sets on Amazon? I understand that that I should have a personal account and business account not linked to prime but then I use my personal Prime credit card for 5% off? Do you buy from the business account then and get tax exception?

The only info you need is what I wrote here.

I buy on both accounts (personal and business) and ship to a tax free state.

If you aren’t, apply for tax exemption on both accounts.

And yes, you use the 5% back card on both accounts.

Do you have 2 prime cards (1 for personal expenses and 1 for business)?

Nope, just the Amex Biz Prime

Do you have any recommendations of prep centers that allow you to store your Legos with them for a few months?

Not anymore. The one I used and liked most stopped doing long term storage last year.

I have since partnered up with someone who has a warehouse of their own and does my storage and shipping.

Soon I should have one though, I'm trying to get the fine details figured out so I can share it.
