Awesome month dude. That average profit per sale is HOT. Anything you plan on changing strategy-wise for LEGO investing this year? Loving the way things are pacing already, hoping LEGO keeps production levels the same.
1. Buying sets that I want heavy quantity in a lot sooner
I'm still lacking quantity on several of the lower priced sets (75363 is a great example)
This would have been manageable had Amazon not limited us on total accounts we could buy on this year.
2. I will likely remove low shelf life as a weighting factor
2023 retirees with low shelf life underperformed sets with a longer shelf life
That is backwards vs. prior years (could be an anomaly of course)
This could be due to LEGO adjusting supply in whatever way they have since 2021-2022.
It could also be that sets introduced in 2021 and 2022 sucked compared to those introduced in 2019 and 2020 and the trend will go back to favoring low shelf life.
That's actually a super interesting stat about the lifespans, I didn't catch that. Good notes, very much agree on buying the smaller guys sooner - same boat here,
